Tuition & Fees

Tuition:

Enrollment fee: ranges from $160 to $350. The earlier you enroll, the better.

Providing solid academics at an affordable price

Fees:

Ranges from $3,737.50 for half-day K4 tuition to $4,737.50 for full-day tuition in grades 1-9.

Parents may choose to pay tuition in full by August 1 or make 10 equal payments from August-May.

VBCS STATEMENT OF SCHOOL FINANCIAL POLICY

Payments may be made online by credit card (surcharge added) or in person with cash or personal check. Payments more than ten days overdue will have a late fee. Students are not admitted to class if payment is more than one month overdue.

Students enrolled for one or more days of a service period will be charged for the whole period.

Tuition payments, once made, cannot be refunded.

No school records, transcript, or graduation diploma will be released for any students when there is a balance owed.

Students may be denied reenrollment on the basis of poor payment history. VBS reserves the right to assign delinquent accounts to a third-party agent for collection and to file with the appropriate credit reporting agencies any balance uncollected beyond 90 days.

VBCS is eligible for and accepts SC ESTF funding.

ALL FEES AND CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Book fee: ranges from $200 to $420, depending on grade.

Grade Placement Testing fee: $35

Snack and art fee: $50 per semester for K4 and K5

Available as early as 7am and as late as 5pm. Ranges from $40.50 to $140.00 per month depending on needs.

Discounts:

Self-pay discount of 20% for families paying their own tuition.

Discount of 5% for families that pay the full tuition by August 1.

Sibling discounts range from 12%-27% for families with multiple students enrolled.
